tires and wheels 14" Steelies - Comments

Anybody using 14 inch steel wheels from the E30's. What size tires are you running, and any issues with rubbing/offset/fit??. I will be picking up a set soon, and plan on painting them silver.

and go with 185/60x14.

Stock suspension with bilstein HD shocks. Some rubbing on driveway entrances (just like I had on 195/60-14 on E30 bottlecap alloys).

I chose 185/65-14 over the 185/60-14 because the 185/60-14 looked too small in the wheel well and would have affected the speedo even more.

I have them with 185/60 Sumitomos in the front, and 195/60 in the rear. H&R springs front and back with no rub problems. The 195/60 rear seem to be reasonably close ratio for the speedo.

Stock E30 center caps with stock 2002 lugs work fine. The lugs hold the caps in place. I have a set of beauty rings as well that I'm not using anymore.
