Maybe they dipped their "throbbing thingie" in Hippo, hippo, yellow....or maybe Hippo, hippo, orange.

You are correct. Expressed as a formula, (Happy Happy Hippo + hippo hippo yellow) x throbbing thingie = A Throbbing Yellow Mr. Happy.

I better stop now, before this thread turns into something "stupid" (and requires a warning for children and co-workers).
