Just to clarify that is a Don Henley song, and a terrible one at that. Then again, aren't all Don Henley/Eagles songs crap??

I stand corrected. As you can see from the time, that was pre-coffee. And as you can tell from my choice of music, I'm old and suffer from CRS!

My son makes fun of me for liking the Eagles so for Christmas, he downloads (and pays) their latest and gives it to me.

To me the Eagles were great as the sum of their parts. I was never real fond of any of their single stuff. It had to do with their harmonizing through vocals & instruments that made you want to kick your boots off, prop your feet up, and enjoy a nice cold one. However, I've never owned a pair of boots....

Communities like the FAQ are too rare in this world to take advantage of each other.

Can't be too hard to narrow down. They recently acquired a second 2002, they've recently posted inquiries about parts on the forum, and its likely they're in the southwest US.

Yes, he did sign an agreement saying he would pay it. And I has a witness too eho signed it too.

I talked to a lawyer friend who said I can easily collect in small claims court. I was just hoping he would eventually come through without having to go through this mess.

I think I will wait another 24 hours and see if I get a response. After that, the gloves come off.

Sorry to hear about that....very dissapointing behaviour for an 02'er. I'll echo the others and say file a suit small claims immediately. And, honestly, even though it seems kind of like snitching, I think all of us deserve to know who this person is so we don't do any deals with him.
