In Paris -- Go to the "AUTO Passion Cafe" very close to the Port Orleans Gate. You can take the Metro. Glass tables with F1 engines etc. Also "Le Volant " is a small neighbor hood restaurant just south of the tower owner by an old guy who raced in the 50's with great food. Both are on the internet.

Nothing 02 related here I'm afraid and I'd be surprised if you even spot one on the road. Have a fun trip, eat the snails, have one pastis before your meal, wine with it and a small brandy to finish along with a 'café' (an expresso, or if you prefer a dash of milk order a 'noisette')

if educational, you won't have to get away and visit a specific place, like Nick says, it is a big country. If it is the first time, you will be on sensory overload, with new sounds, smells, taste, etc, etc. The cars will be different too. I am sure that there are car clubs all over, and have their shows and meets. I have seen caravans of old Citroens before on a Sunday. As far as 02's the board links list a few: http://bmw02.fr.fm/
