Euro headlight fun

I set out on one of those 5 minute jobs to change the broken headlight on the Touring.

Searched my stash and came up with different types of Bosch Euro headlights.

The silver bucket on the right is from the Touring with the reflector lined up underneath. The red bucket has different adjusters to match the centre reflector and the reflector on the right (nice & new) doesn't match either of the buckets.

I found a US bucket & lamp and fitted that. Looks terrible. I'll fix it later!

I run the euro headlight buckets on my '02. The rears of mine look like the bucket on the left with the running light.

I've never seen the type on the right. It looks like it uses a diffternt bulb. Unless it's a retaining ring that holds the h4 bulb in.

My 74 touring has headlights like the middle one. Had my right one out the other day to replace the broken lense.
