Hello Steve, did you get my email from today?

Very nice pictures, Marc. It is good to hear from you. What does the yellow flag in the 2002 mean??

It was a little bit raining, so the cars go two rounds with the yellow flag behind a Pace Car in every group!

Here i try to give the answer in english:

Yellow Flag

Attention danger! No overtaking and driving slowly

Black and white checkered flag

The race is over. Slow journey

Red-striped yellow flag

The road is dirty (oil, automotive parts, leaves, etc.)

With hands to heaven: intercurrent rainfall

Double: To be prepared to stop - Route wholly or partially blocked

Black and white flag (only in conjunction with start number)

Last warning (before black flag) because of unfair behaviour

Black Flag (only in conjunction with start number)

Disqualification, drivers must immediately start the box

Black flag with orange circle (only in conjunction with start number)

Problems (e.g. technical defect) on the vehicle. Immediately start the box

Blue Flag

About rounding lies ahead - can happen

In Training: faster vehicle approaching

Red flag

Training or racing demolition! To be prepared to stop - absolute on overtaking

Green Flag

Free travel - the risk over

White flag

A slow moving vehicle on the track. (e.g. rescue vehicles)
