wtb ==> front bumper + brackets for 73 2002

doesn't have to be in perfect shape - just need something to mount my front license plate on because the san francisco parking pigs are mercilessly writing me tickets because sticking the plate on the dash is considered "improper display".

i've heard that there are brackets from another model year which make the bumper stick out less far. is this true? which year?

you can use the early euro brackets to pull them in. they are still cheap new too
