tires and wheels 13x6--will they fit?

any issues with rubbing?

will stock brakes clear?

and what is the recomended tire size?

i currently haave 15x7 with a 28 offset, with 195/50/15 tires.

prefered is 29 ... 33

Correct me if I'm wrong but with an offset of 8, you'll have 2 inches of wheel/tire sticking out the side of your car. As long as you don't hit any bumps or your suspension doesn't compress, it'll just be a little hard on your wheel bearings.
