Right on. The numbers are likely stamped on the bulbs you wish to replace too. And, I think you might find the same info in the owners manual.

Has anyone come up with a modern-day equivalent listing for 2K2 lights (Roundie)? I've gotten to your string through the search looking for the correct bulbs with the correct wattage so I don't melt the tail light lense on a long night run. I'm not familiar with the "21CP" notation cast into the reflector - must be wattage and base type?

I believe what is correct is:

Turn Signal Lamp: (21 watt) - 1156

Tail Light: (5 watt) - 1895

Brake Light (21 Watt) - 1156

Reverse Light (15 Watt) - ???

So, is what I have correct? Does anyone have a number for a 15 Watt Reverse Light bulb?

Thanks

According to the BMW Parts Manual.

Brake Light & Turn Signal = 21w

Tail Light can be either 5w or 10w

Reversing Light can be either 15w or 21w
