WTB - Water choke for single barrel Solex

I am looking to purchase a water choke housing for the Solex single barrel (number 6 in the diagram).

Someone converted my water choke to a manual choke, and I would like to convert it back. I already have the cover, I just need the main choke element.

While we are talking about it, why does this choke have an electrical spade on it? How do these water chokes work? They must me some combo water/electric.
