What a beautiful car. Don't you agree that it looks so much better with the Glas grill and the Glass tail lights than with the changes BMW made to it after it bought the company ?

The R&T article is critical of the Glas GT's handling. Did you add stiffer shocks & springs? Did you keep the ride height the same as original? It will be great to see your Faux GT at Vintage.

Its all show and no go Jim Pretty much stock except for Konis An 02 it aint, but it looks Italian cool with German power 3.34 rear gives it long legs though My friend with a real 1600 GT reports his doesn't handle all that much better either and he has had to redo the rear suspension due to rot

I actually like the 4 round lights in the rear better from the original GT. Mike, ever think about fitting 4 round tails in the back? Even if the inner two are just faux lights working in reflector mode?
