Believe it or not, one of the reasons we sold our previous house was because our neighbors, and I never worked on any of my cars in the driveway.

i have a neighbor like that. he's been a thorn in the family's side since he moved next door 40 years ago. time's on my side. he's at least 74 years old. there will be a great sigh of relief from all the neighbors when that SOB dies.

i grew up with his 3 boys and even THEY couldn't stand him. i've been back in california for 7 years now and i have NEVER seen his kids visit him.

it certainly is a strange way to market a house... probably a better way to tell your neighbor he's an a-hoal, while also informing the rest of the neighborhood of same. ;-p
