I honestly don't know anything about it - I bought the car a couple of years ago - an dhave just gotten around to swapping out what I wanted to. The engine had a rod knock when I bought it, (crank journal is OK) but the PO said it ran good and the transmission shifted fine before that. I checked the torque converter and the pan and saw nothing out of the ordinary in them.

I'll take $100 for it and shipping. I'll empty all fluids and wrap and package it carefully. It will not have the kickdown cable with it because it shredded when I was dropping the tranny.
