Looks like an FPS aluminum wheel.  Your tire pressure is a little low too..

Those are stick-on bullet holes, Jim.

I strafed Ray's car Sunday morning before leaving Eureka Springs last year.

These are the late OEM alloy rims, designed for the square taillight cars (assuming your rims are 5x13, and not 5 1/2x13 or 6x13). They have many nicknames: soup plates, bottle caps, turbo wheels, soup dish rims, etc. Many, as Jim notes, were cast by the Italian foundry of FPS, but others were cast by the German foundry of Mahle.

Ronal Kleeblatt 13 x 5.5 with 185-70 Sumitomo HTR4 tires. Should look better when car is fully assembled.

15x7.5 (forgot offset).  STR 505.  More for Imports than Euros but worked out well.
