Ya know, I left those on, and on the trip back Don and me ran into a police barricade where they were checking license and insurance. The officer made no comment, before and after handing me a ticket for not having my insurance card with me. I had the 5 previous years' worth...

Looks like an FPS aluminum wheel.  Your tire pressure is a little low too..

These wheels are on my 74 02. What are they?

These are the late OEM alloy rims, designed for the square taillight cars (assuming your rims are 5x13, and not 5 1/2x13 or 6x13). They have many nicknames: soup plates, bottle caps, turbo wheels, soup dish rims, etc. Many, as Jim notes, were cast by the Italian foundry of FPS, but others were cast by the German foundry of Mahle.
