Why dont you guys just bybass the heater with a hose from the coolant ports on the block?

My name is Arden I'm an 02 Aholic and junkie too. I Love my 2X65 ac, The wing windows are a BIG help!

About the heat issue, I had the same problem I reached into the cowl and gently pushes on the heater control valve lever and closed it, the crapy plastic bracket thing broke. The temp went from Hotter Than HELL down to Damn hot.
