trunk lid spring spacer

i need one of thoses, there is two variation like theses, i need to one that require two plastic halves to complete the thing (the other variation is only one part plastic and a steel cover so it is thicker).

the picture shows exactly what i need.

cool, just to make sure, i took a picture of the two kind, on the left the kind that i need, only the lower part, and on the right, the other kind, which i dont want.

Note: only the metal lid is the same on the two variations, the lower plastic part is totaly different on both kind.

From what i understand, left=pre 74', on the righ =75-76
