I'm actually helping the owner sell the car, he asked me to do so, since I have some cred here in the Southland. It is a relatively dry coupe, with a 5 speed and sunroof. It drives and handles fine, it has been sitting so the Webers need to be tuned, there was a bit of backfire. But it shifts fine, paint is faded, although Chamonix is not the worst of the BMW faded colors. It just needs to be gone through, would not take much to make it a fine driver. The interior is the worst part, that is pretty shot....at the current price I would say its fair, not a bargain but not a ripoff...a really good deal for someone with the space, time and some extra coupe replacement parts lying around....

And more than a few dollars as well! Perhaps not a bad starting point but figure $20k with repairing/repainting the hidden rust and bondo and fixing the nose. The engine bay appears to be black, gotta love that rear hood seal/pipe foam. Good luck Jeff, hope it finds a good home.
