Fun times at MotoGP race

I had the good fortune of getting some tickets for the MotoGP race at Laguna Seca today. I'd never been to one of these races before, only watched them on TV. It was quite a spectacle, both on the track and off (including this Z4 in the Bridgestone tent.) The speed these guys hit on the straights is really quite incredible, and the sound will deafen you in a hurry. We had amazing seats in one of the hospitality tents down by turn five where I got this photo of Rossi passing Stoner. Fun stuff.

Lucky you, to get to see a race in person.

I am really considering going to Indianapolis later this summer to see the east coast race.

I think Pedrosa learned a lesson in that race: Never back off, even a little bit, when Rossi is in second place.
