What is the best "vintage looking" steel wheel in

norm

Whatever you find, keep in mind that steel wheels can be easily widened... :)

So don't worry about them starting off as 4 1/2 or 5".

AND larger diameter too!!!

.

I'm not sure you will find any 15" steelies?

For the money, you can't go wrong with these 1982 Euro E30 316 wheels,

No painting required!

STEEL RIM SCHWARZ 51/2JX14 ET:35 36111178826 is available too, but more expensive and you need to paint them silver.

Norm, I think I know what you're lookin' for... see this Bring A Trailer feature of a Volvo 122 with Mitsubishi 16" steel wheels... They actually look GREAT on the car!!

A search of some of the used wheel sites or Tire Rack winter wheels may do the trick...

Or see if Stockton Wheel can make rims for E30 steelies...

Norm,

These aren't necessarily vintage, but for 15x6 steel wheels with 4x100 bolt pattern look for vw corrado steelies or even chevy cobalt steelies. Not sure of the offsets though, may need a spacer... the cobalt steel wheels seem like they would be super cheap and easy to find and I've seen a set on a MKI vw.

Just an idea...

I have used 6x15" wheels from Opel Calibra but I'm not sure how many of those you have over there. I moved the centers but without flares I believe it could have been fine with original ET.
