Only $288 for a NEW OEM EURO center bumper section?

I was poking around maximillian and came across this...

Showing that you can get a new euro center section for $288... How can it be so "cheap"?

It more expensive to get one from ardvark (rechromed)!

How is this possible?

Can (steve) BLUNT get them that cheap?

PS:

The reason I was looking is b/c i have two complete short rear bumpers, and one center is completely rusted on the top, the other a huge dent on the under side. Both have good "side" Pieces though!

Currently, 164 Euro ($228) at W & N, but shipping to US would kill the deal.

Note that this is the center section for a 72-73 bumper, the one that has the bump strip all around. The earlier style is $360. Still not too crazy, but when you start adding in the cost of new corners it gets pretty steep.
