You ever try to use Home Depot's website?

Whoever designed it is a mongoloidal idiot. It's as useless as their stupid stores are. I under purchased yesterday(at my normal, REAL, lumber yard) and need two boards. I really want to finish this project because I'm going to the PVGP next weekend (normally I'd just wait and go to my regular place), so I decide I'll get on HD's website and see if they have them and how much they are...Yeah, right...Try to look up a cedar 1x6x8 on their site. Seriously. They're insane. I went to the website for Lowe's Home Improvement center and the same board was on the first page I landed on using "cedar" as the keyword.

Budweiser...It's not just for breakfast anymore.

The advantage over the Home Depot store is that on their website it is easier to find someone if I need help and I also don't fear I'll be run over by a forklift.

I think they need to re-address the customer experience. Lowes may cost more on some products, but their customer service is far better than Home Depot in my experience.

Unfortuantely, cost and selection are key components. I'd much rather be shopping at Orchard Supply or a local Mom-n-Pop shop, but they don't always have what I need.
