Heater hose grommets?

Greetings everyone! I seem to remember someone knew the correct P/N for the heater hose grommets where they pass through the firewall. I pulled the ones down off the shelf that I ordered P/N 64 21 1 376 130. They look nothing like the original. I tried the search no luck. Thanks, Pat

There are two versions, early and late. I believe yours is the late one

64 21 4 774 135 early

64 21 1 376 130 Late
