Got my XR out today for the first time in two years, i didnt got it out last year iirc...

This car spend its life now retired in a barn.

15 years seperate theses two cars...the XR still hold STRONG compared to the E46...

other than some pee mouse smell, the XR is still totaly usable and 100% dent free.

Starts up every time at first attemp no matter what.

Altough i realy like my E46, that XR got me everytime...its the second car i got in my lifE when i was teenager after all...i got it like in 1991 or so...so its like part of me.

Great cars. I did 135mph in one back in the day, wearing geslavid snow tires in january with snow/ice on the road. Felt very stable until 125 at which time it started wandering across the road, but still managed to keep right side up.

Our xr4ti had a stainless exhaust and larger intercooler. Such an underated, underappreciated car for its time. Light years ahead of anything this side of the pond. Had the four door v6 scorpio for a time, what a luxury liner!

Nice to see a couple tidy examples!!
