Hey Paul, I'm not a forklift tech, but where I work I always request one particular tech, who is a car guy. He keeps our Clark lift working well. He was helpful when I was looking to replace my cool old Ford pickup with something newer. I ended up with a V8 Silverado, and the tech taught me about these vehicles and what problems to address, like a leaking intake gastket that will eventually allow coolant into the crankcase.

any problems finding parts for the Clark ? Some parts are NLA and so is Clark

So far, no problem keep the old girl running. It's a pretty simple forklift and uses LP.
