OIL IN THE RADIATOR!!!!

okay guys wtf so after the whole ordeal with the brakes i was just testing the electrical system and molesting the engine while i sang to it in a sweet voice i went to check for the water level in the radiator AND GUESS WHAT I FOUND.......OIL!!! I think it might be the head gasket but i don't know and if it is what is the best and easist way to replace one respond ASAP!!!!!!!
