2002/e30 M3 engineering student looking for a job

OK this is a bit unorthodox but my son who has worked on my 2002 and his e30 M3 is graduating from Michigan Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in December. Mechanical Engineering Technology majors are the guys who are more hands on than some of the more theoretical calculus 9 types. He has had internships for the last three Summers at Terex. Any suggestions on networking into something? He can weld and operate some CNC machinery and knows a couple CAD or CAM software packages. I figure with as well informed the members on the list are that there is someone who will recognize his value.

By the way, he ownes three guns and makes knives for a hobby and hunts and fishes and drives a 1987 325is and welds.
