Here's my E30 chicken shack, she's got some miles on it...

Just your average E30.

That's me in the final 45 minutes, runnin all out. At that point, I was supposed to be packed up and headin home. I finished my saturday run, and 3 hour shift in the middle of the night, and all the nighttime pitstops, and was just taking pictures by the pits. Take note please: Don't stand near a pit stall with a firesuit on. Your co-driver might be an idiot that gets blackflagged, and requires an emergency driver substitution.

We finished. Something like 49 out of 122. We didn't care at all. We were one of the fastest cars, but we had heavy, heavy penalties. 25 BS laps because our team captain sounded like he was lying, and at least 3 black flags with half hour penalties, and one gay cowboy penalty where Alex had to pose shirtless in a pink cowboy hat, just like every month in a hunky cowboy calendar.

We had a surprisingly good weekend, given the conditions.

It's not that difficult. The woodgrain contact paper is like $5 a roll at Lowe's, and you just have to paint on the lines for the boards.
