interior light location

Car had been a project and had a new headliner installed last week before having windows installed.

Today as I'm looking there no hole for the interior light. Trying to figure out is the light above the drivers door or in the center between the seats

I'm going to get hold of the guy who installed the liner, but don't remember if everything could had been missing to begin with or why he didn't cut out for it.

can anyone tell me if indeed the light is above the drivers door or not and if so excatly where so when I or the installer has to cut, it's not missed.

its above the drivers door right in line with your head or maybe a little rearward. you can press the headliner gently and find the rectangular hole. be very carful when cutting out or youll overcut.
