Turn signal cancellation ring & clip to hold armrest

My turn signals work but won't turn off. I think the PO left out or lost the cancellation ring when he changed steering wheels. This is for a 71 with the right hand lever if that makes a difference.

Also for passenger door, I need that clip on the door where the top of the armrest attaches that holds the chrome trim in place that in turn covers up the top screw of the armrest.
