Very! interested in the later style shifter surround/boot if it's the rubber accordion boot... (I imagine it is, as you said "no cracks" and they're prone to cracking)

I am interested in the Gage cluster with clock. Will this fit a 72 2002 tii?

It should fit: The collective wisdom of the board (and this thread: http://www.bmw2002faq.com/component/option,com_forum/Itemid,57/page,viewtopic/t,311275/highlight,early+cluster/) say they're interchangable.
