For sale is my 1973 (titled as a 73) BMW 2002. This is a great car that I have owned for much of this year and have put a lot of work into.

History of the Car

This car was originally owned by a BMW mechanic in Atlanta, GA. It was then sold to his nephew who was also a BMW mechanic. In the late 80's, early 90's, the car was in a accident that messed up the rear of the car and the owner replaced the back with a Ti, thus replacing the original Roundies and making it a squaretail. So, the car is not a Ti but really a Ti clone. The car was then sold to a gentleman who moved to Charleston, SC. He added the wheels and had "shooty" work done on the hood. You can see some bondo on the hood but it is not too bad. The car was then sold to someone in West Ashley, SC and he added the 5 speed, then sold to someone in Isle of Palms, SC and finally to me in 2009. So, there have been 5 owners in 36 years for this car.
