Looks like a 320/6. Hard to read the grill badge, but doesn't have the dual exhaust of the 323i.

Pretty rare find, needs a fair amount of work though ...

It has the 5 spd tranny sought after by '02ers making M20 conversions. Being a 320/6, you can build a carbed M20 for your '02, making the conversion simpler. The Solex 4 barrel carb can be eliminated and a Weber 38/38 can be used. There is a kit for this. The 200 head on the car with an eta 2.7 block will get you a peppy, torquey engine.

Can't see them well, but wheels seem to be the 13" Motorsport ones that my Baur has, which IIRC are 1/2" wider than regular 320is wheels. Would work great on a flared car. The Baurspecific parts are hard to come by and could be sold for decent money.
