WTB: 5 speed conversion parts

Hello, I have a five speed tranny Im going to put in my 02 if someone can help me out with getting all the parts I would need to make the conversion for a good price.

I would get your car running 1st because of time and $$. Save the upgrade for later when you have more time and $$.
