You can bend your own. Call Berkeley Auto Salvage or call the guys at Karmachanix. They'll have the metric straight line that you can bend. They'll also have the blue hose.

BTW, if you decide you want to replace the blue hose for the brake master cylinder, do yourself a favor and buy a new reservoir and new elbows to press into the rubber grommet in the master cylinder. The nipples often break when you try to press on the new hose onto the old nipples.
