Looking at the front tow hooks, it appears to have an e21 front subframe too.

Its sister car, the Asso di Fiori, went into production as the first Isuzu Impulse/Piazza.

IIRC there were a total of four different cars in the Asso series. The third one was Audi-based. What was the fourth one based on? Lancia, maybe?

The Isuzu Impulse went into production with only a few mods from the Asso di Fiori. It seems the steeply raked windshield was a bit "too much" for the production version.

Can't find a fourth car. There doesn't seem to be an Asso di Cuori (Ace of Hearts).
