Hi guys,

Looking forward to getting a lot of information from you guys. Took these cell pictures last night, will update with a shoot in future.

Thanks Paul, yes love the steering wheel and the wheels. The steering is really hard. So use to hydrological, I thought there was something wrong with the steering.

Nice acquisition, let the questions roll.

The smallish steering wheel will also increase your steering effort. Pump those tires up tight until you can address the offset and steering wheel if you chose, or hit the gym and work on those forearms

Lol, Thanks guys. Yeah if there is no harm into the car, I wouldn't have an issue hitting up the gym more. Anyone know what is a proper PSI that suppose to be in the tires all around? Just out of curiosity, what is the factory OEM Wheels that came with the car?

You can run those in the mid 30s the sidewall should have a guideline for max psi on them, Get near to that.

THe oem wheels were a steel wheel or an alloy wheel. 13"

See if you can get a set of e-30 wheels, they work well, cheap and all over the place, plus 14" tires are easier, but getting harder, to find than 13"

This is the alloy wheel

Ah but those are the round taillight alloys... the square alloys are also 13x5 but look like this...

P.S. the real 2002 Turbo alloys look similar but a little deeper, are 13x6 et13 and rare as hens teeth.

I like having more than one set of wheels to choose from on my cars.... 15's w/ gummy tires for when I want to play and period 13's for when I want to show....

A good balance though to have one set of wheels would be 14" like my cousin Matt's '74 Tii. He's got E30 "is" wheels in 14x6.5 and 195/60-14 tires.

Congrats on the buy. Look forward to seeing some proper photos. Where in VA are you located? Im assuming Northern. Wish I'd see more 02's in Hampton Roads.

Thanks, yes I'm located in NOVA - Sterling, VA.

So use to hydrological, I thought there was something wrong with the steering.

Nothing wrong with the steering, just your arms. :^)

Just be careful you don't break the steering on the newer car after beefing up from driving your '02 for a while.

Looks really good. The 320i wheels were a common 'upgrade' back in the day. I think they look just fine on the car and fit the time period. There are better fitting options out there, but if they are working OK for you, clean 'em up and enjoy the drive.

Go through the car, clean stuff up. Let us know if you see something that doesn't make sense. Plenty of us here to offer advice or past experience.
