The owner of that CS has been trying to sell it for years. I saw the car like 5 years ago and talked to the owner. He wanted $5K and nothing less. The car was sitting outside of his body shop uncovered. The driver side fender was rotted through. There was also a good amount or rust around the front and rear winshield seals. If the vehicle is still outside Im sure the rust is worse. It was complete, though.
