In Texas we are now allowed 7 letters. I was thinking 02 BAD. What would you do?

Is that right? When I shipped over my Touring in 2000, I was informed I could only have 6 letters, as the lil' ol' flag had to be seen in the middle. If we're allowed 7 now, I could have TOURING. But what about the flag?
