otherwise all there, needs restoration....what would be the price range one should expect to pay. I do not have many other details at this point, other than it was stored outside for some time...

I think the seller is looking to get around $1500

If you're looking at a solid roller (ie: minimal/superficial rust and not completely ravaged otherwise), then I think $1500 is reasonable for a tii... also depends on what your goals are. If you're looking to build something of your own (ie: not looking to do a complete OEM resto) and either (a) aren't on a budget or (B) will be doing much of the work yourself, then this might be the ticket for you. If, on the other hand, you're looking at any real rust issues (towers, floors, rockers, etc), are not mechanically inclined or don't have the money to pay someone else, then I'd say to keep looking... you can find a pretty decent complete non-tii for that kind of money and you won't have to go through the effort of finding an engine (a tii long block can easily set you back $1500+, depending on condition). My $.02.
