WTB: UPDATED - Antenna base

I need a circular mounting base for my antenna. This is the type that has the threaded stud that screws into the back of the chrome antenna base. Here are pictures of the front and back of the base.

I don't know if this is what you are talking about but I found one of these in a box when I first got my Tii.

I asked on the FAQ what it was and here is the reply I got from a Toby.

'what' is for mounting a radio antenna through your roof-

we use 'em on 400mhz radios for racing... "

Thanks, Joel. The base I need serves as both the gasket and mounting plate for the round chrome antenna base. It should also have a threaded stud that goes into the backside of the antenna base. I can see this is going to be one of those oddball scavenger hunts! I'll post a picture of the antenna base when I get a chance tomorrow.
