The start of a beautiful Friendship 76' 2002

So i thought that i would start a blog on a recently aquired 76' that i just purchased. Dont know my plans as of yet I also have to finish a 75'. This is my first post ever.

Puchase Date: 2/04/2010

Price:$2002

Car: oxidized red 1976, 2002

In it:

Weber 32/32

73' head, diff and clutch

Exhaust (dont know the make as of yet, not stock)

Stock interior

Steering colum mounted battery cut-off switch (strange)

2xPioneer rears, Equalizer (broken, dont know make), Stereo (Pioneer, I believe)

BMW CCA sticker rear windshield

All trim(however all of it including 2002 logo blacked-out)

4-speed (works surprisingly well)

Except for some suface rust and one hole in the passenger floor board rust free

Came with It:

73' block (working)

76'Head (needs machining)

Stahl header (i believe)

4-speed trans

spare hood and trunk

pair of roundies and signals off a 73'

dash with speedo 73'

All ducting for heater as well as heating coild and i believe a blower

Ignition and wire harness for the 73'

I set of stock steelies and a set of non stock alloys (need to look at the make)

Many more fun little things like 76' clutch master and clutch, brakes, interior things

I figured i would stat with this and add pictures of the car as well as my progress as I believe this to be a fun little find and start of an already growing obsession with the bread box 02's.
