There's a significant difference, I think, in a vendor like Blunt who sells mostly factory replacement parts (and does a great job of it) and the other end of the spectrum like IE, selling mostly performance parts (which is challenging given the modifications these 02's have seen in 40 years, then add that owners don't always know the specifics of their car, usage, etc.).

Of course, customer service and communication are important, as is constructive feedback. Ranting may make one feel better (or at least temporarily), but it's not overly productive.

And that ends my opinion . . .

I've bought quite a few things from Ireland, and I've always found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, accurate, and prompt. I will continue to deal with them.
