My 1600-2 '69 my daily car in Guatemala

Hi old classic bimmer lovers.

here is my daily car 1600-2 '69

this car have the 1600 bottom engine + e21 2.0 head + webber 32/36

when i bought my car the dash wash like this.

and then i change to try this change of color and i really liked

now installed

now i think my old bimmer need new shoes and got this mesh wheels

with 215-50-13 tires

but now i found a set of hub caps and i sold the wheels

then i was looking things in ebay and found this bosch fog lamp kit and imported to guatemala for only 40 usd.

i need to have music inside i have clarion unit whit db audio speaker down the rear bench the only thing is the speaker grills are from sony.

in 2009

i do all the wire new

change all the brake system

rear suspension

change the gaskets of the webber 32/36

front and rear bearings

radio & speaker installation

rear fog light

in this year i pretend to change the color to lasch silber or silver polaris.

trying to find the early chrome grills

the 1600 badge

do all the interior floor mats, seats, roof.

Thanks!! Love those spokes and the hub shape....

I'm guessing that's an aftermarket wrap around the rim, eh? Looks pretty plump..

Methinks I'll look into which model that is.

From what I've seen, the Prototipo wheels have about an inch of leather on the side spokes, but none on the center spoke (don't ask me why they don't do it evenly on all three spokes - looks funny if you ask me!)

But your spokes appear to be from a Momo Super Indy... It's a wooden wheel, but looks like yours got wrapped in leather at some point... Can you see any wood in there anywhere?

Either way, sweet wheel. Car must be fun to drive!
