project 75 02 with 95 325i parts car?

I have a 1995 325i that got rear ended so the motor is good. I just bought my project 02 with intentions of dumping 3k into from the insurance. My main question is what parts could I modify from the 95 to install in the 02 like suspension,motor,brakes,axle, etc thanks a mil

Depends on how much modifying you can and want to do.

im looking to do the same swap. i have an vanos m50 with m3 cams sitting on a stand but dont know what exactly has to be done to get it in there fabrication wise. i would like to get it in there with as little mods to the original body as possible. i have a trans from a 92 325 also. if i find anthing i will post it in here to try to make this an m50 swap info thread. good luck man!
