If you ever rent a large old warehouse to film and record sound in, and then the day before filming starts, you find that there are access holes where very noisy birds are getting in, and you can't shoot them, well, bring in a bird of prey, like a large Harris Hawk.

Your warehouse will instantly become verrrrry quiet.

You will have the same effect on the birds if you have a worker 'dress up' in a large hawk costume and dance about. Of course, you will then have the noise of all the crew laughing. Nevermind, since you already have the equipment, film it and send it in for the funny video TV show.

Never thought about the crew member in a costume, but might end up being more expensive. Bird was only $600. for 8 hours.
