WTB low rust project

I have been searching here, and eBay for a little while now, and thought I would put a feeler out here as well

I"m looking for a low rust project car, my budget is around 3000. It needs to be able to be driven. Mechanical problems are, well, not a problem. I'm no seasoned mechanic, but I am good at following directions and am mechanically inclined. This project would be for me to learn, and practice working on cars. I have fixed some simple things on my daily driver, but would like to work on something that I don't have to rely on for transportation. I don't know what my final plans are for it, most likely lightly modified, not show car restored, something I could drive everyday, but don't.
