No, that is a huge warning sign, they rust along the fender seam there. It appears to be a quicky paint job, they didn't even bother with the smaller and visible rust spots. That dealer has had some pretty rusty coupes recently for sale. This is a US model but has the euro heater controls and a bavaria AC panel in the console, it looks like Polaris/Fjord mix but Florida Green? Buyer beware.

Looks like it may have been Malaga originally (tell-tale spot on the trunk edge). Malaga matches the Brown interior better than Polaris or Fjord.

Dabbing into the E39 pool I see...? I just unloaded an e39 540 myself and the e34 Touring. Before that the e30 IX.... making my way back around again I think.

I was just browsing the BMW "others" section of ebay and saw that. E9's are pretty but I'll own one as my 50th car toy!
