GOT ONE Heater Cable Bolt thingie

Not really sure what the name should be on this part, on OEM it is described as a pin P/N 64114674219, and according to BLUNT probably NLA. Looking for a new one or one in very good condition. The one shown in the pictures is from a Toro Tiller and it doesn't sit in the opening correctly. If I can't find the correct part it will have to do. I don't want to go through all the pain of the heater rebuild and have this thing fail in a short time.

Below is a pic from OEM, it is number 7 P/N 64114674219.

The "pin" goes in the end hole of the valve lever.

Remains of the "pin" after my "disassembly". It's a shoulder bolt which keeps the cable from binding.

This is the Toro part. The cable is binding in these picture.

The dealer I go to showed them on order to a supplier in Germany, both he and Blunt are telling me now they are NLA.
