FS 1973 project with a/c & sunroof $1,200 - complete in

1973 2002 Project car complete less trans. Black/black (original Ceylon), with Weber carb, factory Frigiking a/c and sunroof. Factory 4 speed trans is missing, some rust on front suspension frame member and spare tire well. Body is good, needs paint. Interior complete, needs refinishing.

I bought from the original owner 6 mos ago with the intent of using it as a parts car, but it is a perfect project and don't want to part a car with such potential. It is original down to the 13" wheels and hubcaps. The original owner drove it until 2001 when he ran the trans dry and lost 1st and reverse. A local German shop, who serviced it since new in 1973 took out the trans and was trying to talk the elderly owner into a 5 speed when he lost interest and let it sit until I purchased it last year. I have a 2002 project already and don't need another right now. Car is located in Southeast Louisiana. No pics yet; I will take some if there is interest.

I have seen some incomplete "shells" with asking price of $2,000.

People can ask whatever they want, doesnt mean they're going to get it. I would say a non driving car is worth no more than a couple grand, if that. Pics always help.

Rockers are good, pedal box rusty, spare tire well rusty, floorpans unsure.

Bottle cap wheels and tires not included; I had to put them on to move the car.
