haha yeah I think the snows are not going to work out so good when I get on it. Debating going with a lighter spring and an EBC so I can turn the boost way down in the winter.

I got the IC pipes back today. Best $25 I have spent on the build. Amazing how nice they look powder coated.

I painted the exhaust with some VHT seeing that it is aluminized steel. I started to extend the MAF wires to the passenger side. Just need to re solder them to the harness. Mounted the catch can which will also draw off a valve in the exhaust.

All that is left to do is...

Put the exhaust back on

Put the IC and piping in

Install radiator

Hook up the gauges...seeming to be slow with this. Still not sure where to mount the PLX and where to pull power from.

Fluids

install hood

and start

Getting closer by the day. It should be running this weekend.

A few pictures.

Its alive!!! Everything sounds really good....not seeing any leaks.

The starter I have seems to be bad tho.... it only engages half the time. Turn key...and it just spins, turn key again right away and then it engages and cranks the engine.

Idles nice at around 900rpm. Exhaust is very quiet at idle. Cannot tell it is a straight through full 3". I am VERY happy.

Hood is back on. I am going to order a starter and get that swapped before I road test it.

Dyno won't happen for a week or two. The tune I have now is a very conservative tune and will keep things safe. Once I drive on it for a week and make sure there are no issues I will get it to the dyno...debating where to set my boost level at. Right now I am right around 9psi. Debating staying there or stepping up to around 11psi before the tune.

I don't have much time right now to wrap things up... going to a lemons race this weekend. So next Monday I will be able to actually drive it a little bit. Maybe tomorrow afternoon I can take it around the block...
